Device MAC and application information: To improve product quality and enhance user experience. When you use our devices and applications, we will obtain your device and application information, such as user configuration data, device MAC address, IMEI, sensors, device version number, device serial number, firmware version, language, APP version, mobile system version, device configuration, IP address, network type, and device identification information. We only obtain the device information of the relevant devices of our company that you have connected to, which will be obtained when the APP is connected to the device. The relevant information will be stored locally on the phone and uploaded to the server for firmware and related version comparison updates. The device and application information will be used for upgrading services such as updating device firmware versions, updating APP application version notifications, updating dial version notifications, updating device language notifications, or for locating and analyzing related APP application or device firmware issues. These pieces of information can help to more accurately record and analyze your exercise and health data, providing you with more professional health services and more comprehensive experiential services.


Storage permission: When you enable the app, it will record logs, share usage, or set up dials and upgrades after adding devices. You can choose to enable this permission to read or write application usage information, images, and video information. If you do not require such services, you can disable this permission at any time.


Camera permission: When you connect to a device, set a personal avatar or photo dial by scanning a QR code, you need to call your camera or album permission, but your avatar image will not be used for other purposes; We need to apply for and obtain this permission from you. If you do not require such services, you can disable this permission at any time.


Location permission: After agreeing to the Privacy Policy and User Agreement, you will obtain location information to quickly obtain the user's location, facilitate timely push of weather information to the device, and improve the ability of the APP to quickly respond to pages that require location information in the future. When starting to use or register an account, you will receive location information to help you quickly select your location. When starting outdoor sports, you will receive location information to display your movement trajectory. When connecting to a device, you will receive location information to search for nearby Bluetooth. When using the weather push function, you will receive location information and request the weather of your current location. If you do not require such services, you can disable this permission at any time.


Log information: If you use our devices or applications, we collect some usage data, such as creating or logging into your account, account device pairing, device restart times, network usage information, system errors, system crashes, system restarts, system upgrades, etc. Your latest 7-day log information will be automatically stored locally on your phone, and old log information will be automatically deleted.

We will collect some log information that does not involve personal data, such as error codes for device (restart) hardware issues, error codes and logs for device restart, logs of application Bluetooth connection status, anonymized user device and application usage (if you choose to join), etc., for overall analysis to fix errors, monitor usage, and optimize our services. In order to quickly fix ilfie+ application issues, such logs only contain parameter information of the user's phone and do not involve personal privacy information of the user.
